Progress for September

For years I have cooked and now its a different kettle of fish when all of a sudden the supply to my main customer means that my pastry products need to take on a consistent texture and there is no room for any failures. Its really hard work as daily I am getting more and more customers. No need to advertise. So so busy.

Mother Mim's

Although I have been baking pasties for many years,my business Mother Mim's was started today. I began my first orders today to a local farm shop and as much as this sounds simple enough the preparation for running a business from home was quite a lot of work!
